Online Purchase Returns Policy

We accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In Store Purchase Returns Policy

Our returns policy for In Store Purchases at our Brick and Mortar stores is limited to 14 days. You are welcome to try out the item in our store fitting room before purchasing for full satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION, unwashed and unworn. Items must be free of odors, pet hair, makeup stains, deodorant stains or similar stains. Tags must still be attached.
  • Any items that are defective or damaged, must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt.

To start a return, please send us an email at support@omilacreations.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or bring your item and receipt to our store location at Tanger Outlets Fort Worth.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Swimsuits, Lingerie, underwear and personal hygiene items, Print on Demand or Custom orders cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Some health and personal care items such as makeup items or beauty products. This may include but not limited to perfumes, deodorant, nail polish, lipstick etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

    In Store returns are done at Omi'LA located at Tanger Outlets Fort Worth. 15825 N Fwy, Fort Worth, TX-76177

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the original cost of our shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. If you would like for us to issue a return shipping label, we will deduct the cost from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Our general returns processing time is 3-5 business days after receipt of the return.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@omilacreations.com

    You will be required to place a new order for the exchange item and upon receiving your return will issue a refund for the original purchase.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period.
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
